July,16,2002 EMPOWER organized a day with Dhammananda for their students who work in Patpong area. The women were warmly welcomed and had a meditation session and discussion with the Venerable.



June,19,2002 A group of professors, sponsored by Fulbright and organized by the University of Hawaii came for a 2-hour of lively encounter with Samaneri Dhammananda who provided them the knowledge of Buddhism and the role of women.
